We’ve changed our name from Hospice Care of Nantucket to Palliative & Supportive Care of Nantucket. (Please visit our new website at www.pascon.org). We know this is long and wordy, but feel it truly reflects all the services we want to offer, and removes the fear that the word “Hospice” often creates.



While we’ll continue to offer all of our end-of-life services as we do now, we encourage people to use our services throughout the entire course of any life-threatening illness, from the time of diagnosis through treatment and cure, or, if cure is not possible, through advancing illness and ultimately death.



If you or someone you are caring for is facing any life-threatening illness – whether it’s cancer, HIV/AIDS, or heart, respiratory, kidney, neurological diseases, etc., please don’t hesitate to access our services for support, practical assistance, education, or help with controlling symptoms. We also offer Caregiver Support for families, and Bereavement Support for people in grief. As always, all of our services are free of charge!
